Do you want to download Google Doc file in a zip format, you can do this by inbuilt Google doc feature which allow you to export all your Google doc file in a zip format. It also allow you to email your file to your mail account.
1. Open Google Docs & login into your account.
2. Check the Select all visible option if you want to download all the files or you can manually select selected file by checking the click option in front of every file.
Now Go to More Action and select Export option.
Your files will be ready to export. Click on the Continue button to download your Google Docs file.
You can select mailing option to send your file as a mail or you can directly download it in your computer. After zippping process your file will automatic download.
This feature allow you to save the file in your computer or take a backup in a mail. It is advisable that take a backup to your mail account so that you can check the files in a future.
